The exceptional service provided by the staff was a standout feature of our stay. From the warm welcome to the flexibility and excellent service, we felt well taken care of throughout our trip. the hotel's close proximity to the free bus stop, which conveniently takes you to the slopes, was a major plus. The stunning view of the mountains from the restaurant added to the overall charm of the place.

One drawback we experienced was the absence of a proper ski room. Instead, skis and boots were left in the open space of the indoor parking.
